We are moving on in Grade 6!

In science we finished up our Trees and Forests unit! Everyone should be very proud of themselves because the final test went very well.

This week we are starting our Air and Aerodynamics unit with group experiments. Our job is to do an experiment in front of the class that demonstrates a certain property of air. We are finishing up our slides this week and have sent a presentation day of Wednesday, October 30th!

In math we have started our balancing equations unit that will also include learning BEDMAS which is our order of operations. This week we have been looking at different balancing challenges that include pictures and they are really pushing us to use our basic math facts! Below is an example of what we have been doing!
